Sept. 20, 2024. Joining a panel discussion to mark the opening of an
exhibition, Musica Ex Machina, at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne
(Switzerland), moderated by Martin Rohrmeier.

Nov 29-30, 2024. Attending AREM conference, Berlin.

Nov. 2024. Contributions to sound design of "An Offer form the Desert", by Kabir Mohanty, to be presented at Umm-al-Emarat Park, Abu Dhabi.

Feb. 2024 (Feb. 19 or 20, TBD). Performance of Philippe Manoury, Das Wohlpräparierte Klavier, Aleck Karis, piano, at UCSD.

Feb. 28, 2024.  Higgs whatever concert (with Kerry Hagan) at UIUC.

RECENT:

Sept 14, 2024.  Reality Check version 0.04 released on msp.ucsd.edu/tools/ .
Some changes were made in the scripting to make it easier to swap in different versions of audio test files, Pd versions, test scripts, and the piece being tested.  The two testing examples by Kerry Hagan and Philippe Manoury were updated with new test scripts to correspond to changes in the Reality Check hosting patch.

Sept 9, 2024.  Pure Data 0.55-1 released.

Aug. 15, 2024.  Panelist at AI & Art (KI & Kunst) event, Szene Salzburg, Salzburg Festival.

July 8-12, 2024.  Papers presented at ICMC (Seoul, Korea): "Reality Check - a framework for preserving real-time electronic music realizations" and (with Hugues Vinet, Greg Beller, and Guillaume Piccarreta:) "DAFNE+: A blockchain platform for preservation and valorisation of experimental music and sound production".
