This directory contains a simple example showing how you can prepare a piece
based on the Pd repertory project's "null piece" to be tested automatically
using Reality Check.

To test, make a terminal window, change its direcory to the directory containing
this file, and type the command:

    ./test-me.sh

You should see some printout ending with the line "SUCCESS: maximum error = 0"
If something is wrong you should see a message saying "FAILURE" instead.

The "test-me.sh" script may be customized by setting shell variables to change
the desired location of Pd, of reality check, of the testing script, and/or of
the patch to be tested:

SCRIPT - the name of the script to run (betty-test.txt)
REALITY - directory to find the Reality Check patch (../reality-check)
PATCH - the realization patch, full pathname (.../manoury-enecho/1.enecho.pd)
PD - the version of Pd to run ("pd").
DEBUG - set this (to "y" for example) to run interactively, not in batch mode.

On a Macintosh, "PD" should be the filename of the true Pd executable,
for instance /Applications/Pd.app/Contents/Resources/bin/pd .
